Worship is about encountering God. It is central to all we are and all we do. In the Worship Ministry we want to draw near to God in authentic and intimate relationship. Through music, song, dance and the arts we come into God’s presence.
Here are some of the areas worship is facilitated and demonstrated at the Vineyard:

At the Vineyard we are committed to worship as a Spirit-led response of attitude and action in which God is glorified in our whole being. We desire worship that is intimate, dynamic, culture current and life changing. Worship is demonstrated in adoration, celebration, exaltation, thanksgiving and praise to our heavenly Father. God has created us to worship Him. By the power of the Holy Spirit we are drawn in our desire to worship the Father. He pulls us upward and stirs our want to be closer to Him.
“Praise the Lord. Praise God in His sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens. Praise him for his acts of power; praise him for his surpassing greatness. Praise him with the sounding of the trumpet, praise him with the harp and lyre, praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with the resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.” (Psalm 150)
Who can participate?
Anyone with a heart surrendered to Christ and a gift and skill level for the ministry. You must be teachable and work well with others.
