Hypostatic Union Workshop

In Philippians 2 we read that Jesus, “emptied Himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself to the point of death, even death on a cross”. Have you ever wondered what this means? Was Jesus God or a man? Did He do things as God or as man? Did He think like God or a man? Did Jesus temporarily stop being God when he came to the earth in taking the form of a man? If Christ is truly God and truly man then how are we to understand that? Why did Christ have to come to the earth by becoming a man? What are the spiritual implications for us if indeed Christ was only a man or only God or truly both? Join us for this workshop as we plunge headlong into the deep riches of Christ as it provokes our highest praise.  The Apostle Peter commanded us to grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ (2 Peter 3:18). Would you join us as we sift the scriptures to discover the two natures of Christ and how they impeccably come together in the one person of Christ we call the Hypostatic Union. During our time together we will seek to understand this mystery in these four ways: Christ’s two natures come together WITHOUT CHANGE, WITHOUT CONFUSION, WITHOUT SEPARATION and WITHOUT DIVISION.
