Greg Schulz

HUGS Leader

Our Hospitality teams do a wonderful job each Sunday during our fellowship break serving the church coffee and teas with a smile!

The role of Greeters in the life of the church is to welcome everyone with a smile as they enter the facility. Our purpose, as part of this fellowship of believers, is to be the first to cultivate warmth and acceptance of each visitor to our services.

Our Ushers offer necessary information; for example, directing parents and their children to specific Vineyard Kids classrooms. It is our hope that our activity complements the flow of the church service without distracting others in the process. We also take the offering and keep watch in the lobby through the message.

Why do we do it?

Hospitality extends its own aroma of grace through the church providing coffee and refreshments at the fellowship time.

In all HUGs desires to provide the same encouragement to your spirit that hugs are meant to provide physically. We want to be encourag-ers of the body of Christ through service.

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter 4:8-10 NIV
